Kailey Frederick - Nail Specialist
I’m a licensed nail technician and Oliver Finley Academy graduate. I specialize in gel product enhancements, specifically polygel. My goal is to give you beautiful designs while keeping your nails healthy and strong. I can’t wait to have you in my chair!
Lia Rosa- Cutting Specialist
Lia is a skilled stylist with a strong focus on precision cutting for both short and long hair. She’s known for creating clean, balanced shapes that grow out well and feel easy to maintain. Her approach is thoughtful and collaborative—taking the time to understand what works best for your hair, your routine, and your personal style. In addition to haircutting, Lia also offers Brazilian Blowouts and perm services, making her a great fit for guests looking to smooth, reshape, or add movement to their hair. While she offers both cutting and color, her current focus is supporting guests with high-quality haircutting and specialty texture services.
Elisha Ferguson Taggart - Color Specialist
I’m a Paul Mitchell trained Cosmetologist and a Certified L’Anza Creative Colorist. I also hold additional Certifications in Dimensional Blonding, Gray Hair Coverage, Brazilian Blowouts, Aqua Hair Extensions and Epionce! My favorite hobbies include gardening, traveling, experiencing other cultures, all things wine and great food. I feel strongly that my vibe attracts my tribe. Sierra Jones - Stylist
Hi, I’m Sierra 👋 I’m a licensed cosmetologist and proud Emmett local, born and raised in this amazing community. Growing up with curly hair here, I knew how hard it was to find a stylist who truly understood curls—so I decided to become that stylist. My passion is helping people love their hair again, whether that means bringing bounce back to curls, restoring healthy shine, or finding the perfect cut and color to match their style. I’m working toward my dream of being a true curly hair specialist, offering customized curl care, protein and moisture treatments, and guidance on the best products to keep your hair healthy at home. I also enjoy dimensional blonding, scalp treatments, and creating styles that make my clients feel their absolute best. When you’re in my chair, you’ll always get a personalized experience, a stylist who listens, and tips you can actually use every day. Outside of the salon, I love baking sourdough, spending time with my husband and daughter, and enjoying the outdoors with our three dogs.
